These resources have been engaged to help facilitate each physician's transition into private practice and ensure each new physician has adequate training, education, and career guidance.

Associate to Senior Physician Career Path

• Employment: Newly hired physicians join as associate physicians of an affiliated practice.
• Mentorship: As an associate physician, you will work alongside senior physicians of your affiliated practice on training, mentorship, and career development.
• Support: Physician liaisons and operational resources will support you in growing your practice, patient demand, and credentialing, etc.
• Career Growth: The practice and the senior physician team will work with you to expand and grow your career, skillset, and capabilities.
• Senior Physician Status: After you establish your practice consistent with senior physicians (~2-3 years), you will be considered eligible for senior status and be afforded the opportunity to participate in the senior physician compensation plan and invest in the management services organization.
