Luke Lamphron

Chief Financial Officer

Luke Lamphron is the Chief Financial Officer of United Urology Group, joining the Company in February 2022. With over fifteen years’ experience in healthcare, Luke has a proven track record of helping private-equity companies during periods of rapid growth. Luke leads accounting, financial analysis, real estate, procurement, and revenue cycle operations for the company.

Most recently, Luke was the CFO of Ready, a direct-to-consumer healthcare company utilizing paramedics to bring telehealth into the home across five states and Washington DC. Before that, he served as the CFO for two high growth multi-specialty dental organizations, 42 North Dental that supported over 80 practices in New England, and Marquee Dental that supported over 35 practices in the Southeast.

Luke is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), beginning his career with Big 4 firm KPMG. He earned a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Alabama.
