Chief Human Resources Officer

Jody is a proven human resources leader with over 18 years of experience in managing large HR teams that support a diverse set of industries including financial services, retail, sports and entertainment, and multi-site healthcare services. In her role as Chief Human Resources Officer, Jody balances strategic planning with a hands-on execution of employee recruitment, engagement, and retention programs. Jody is responsible for building collaborative relationships across multiple layers of the organization to drive retention and trusted relationships. She is a thought partner in shaping global human capital strategy, identifying talent requirements, designing and operationalizing organizational structure, and developing innovative programs that both enhance employee development/engagement and drive a high performing culture.

Jody holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Masters of Business Administration in Organizational Development from the University of Dallas.
