Chief Executive Officer

Ian Wong was named Chief Executive Officer for United Urology Group in 2021. Prior to joining United Urology Group, Ian served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at NexCore Group, the nation’s leading healthcare real estate developer, where he led design and construction, human resources, information technology, and other areas.

A seasoned operations professional, Ian spent over 20 years in diverse leadership roles including successful tenures within AT&T’s Financial Leadership Program and management consultancy, A.T. Kearney. He then spent nine years at DaVita, Inc., a Fortune 200 healthcare services company where he held multiple roles including building and managing DaVita’s International FP&A function, leading multiple national strategy teams, driving population health business development efforts, and finally as Vice President of one of DaVita’s largest multi-site dialysis operations portfolios covering 70 clinics over six states.
